Neuroinclusive Minds, LLC is an independent consultancy dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages, from early childhood through adulthood, whose needs are not fully met by traditional systems. We specialize in developing individualized goals and programs, implementing effective behavioral and speech-language strategies, providing parent training, and advocating for the rights guaranteed by state and federal laws. In addition, we collaborate with school districts and organizations to offer professional development and training programs, equipping educators and staff with the tools and strategies needed to create inclusive and supportive environments. Our mission is to empower families and professionals to foster meaningful growth and success for all individuals.

Meet Our TEAM

Dr. Kathleen Quinn, BCBA, LBA

Director

Dr. Kathleen Quinn is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and NYS licensed behavior analyst (LBA), and this expertise led her to founding Neuroinclusive Minds. Through the lens of behavior analysis, she provides technical assistance and training to families, adult service agencies, and school districts as they include individuals with developmental disabilities within their communities. She is focused on fighting Ableism through inclusive strategies including: understanding Neurodiversity, creating inclusive climates, promoting behavioral strategies to foster inclusion and advocacy for rights of all students entitled by state legislation. She has developed and coordinated the MOST Program at Molloy University, affording post-secondary educational programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Her passion and research focus includes expanding the practice of inclusion from early intervention through adulthood. As the founder of a not-for-profit foundation, she presents best practices and research-based evidence on applied behavior analysis with the focus of inclusion.

Thomas Quinn M.A, CCC-SLP

Thomas Quinn is a highly experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with years of expertise working with medically complex children in a sub-acute medical setting. He also serves as an adjunct professor in Augmentative and Alternative Communication at Pace University. Thomas has extensive experience evaluating and treating children at various communication levels, particularly those with complex physical conditions that make functional speech challenging. He has collaborated as part of an Assistive Technology team, focusing on trialing and implementing mid-tech and high-tech speech-generating devices. Thomas is passionate about the belief that all children can communicate, and with the right coaching for both parents and interdisciplinary teams, children can learn to communicate effectively and thrive in academic environments.

Dr. Sarah Farsijany 

Dr. Sarah Farsijany has spent the past decade in the field of education, a journey that fueled her passion and led to the founding of Neuroinclusive Minds. As an educational consultant, she primarily works with students with developmental disabilities from elementary through post-secondary education as well as one to one treatment using ABA therapy to reduce problem behaviors and increase productivity. Along with holding a Master’s Degree in General and Special Education with a focus in Autism, she received her Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Educational Studies with her research focused on conditions that affect a positive co-teaching model using a Grounded Theory Approach. Dr. Farsijany has taught at the post-secondary level as a professor in the M.O.S.T. program, where she helped pilot a groundbreaking college experience for neurodiverse adults at Molloy University.
